Second Arrest Made in Burglary, Shooting

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- North Las Vegas Police have arrested a second suspect in a burglary and shooting that happened on March 14, 2010.

Twenty-nine-year-old Ivan Duenas has been arrested and charged with one count of burglary to a motor vehicle and one count of possession of burglary tools.

Police say Duenas and 36-year-old Arturo Namez were breaking into a car when the car's owner, James Bulah, confronted them. Bulah was armed and shot both the men as they tried to flee.

Duenas has been hospitalized since the shooting. Namez has also hospitalized but has since been charged in the crime. Bulah was arrested for two charges of battery with a deadly weapon.
