Students Learn About Careers in Science and Technology | Education & Schools

Thousands of students from around southern Nevada got a chance to learn about careers in science and technology at the College of Southern Nevada Science and Technology Expo at the Cheyenne Campus.

The all-day event allowed current college students to showcase some of the projects they are working on. The idea is to show students in elementary, middle and high schools how interesting science, technology, engineering and mathematics can be.

About 2,500 young students got a chance to learn about everything from robotics to commercial photography.
