College of Southern Nevada Joins Reform Network | Education & Schools
The College of Southern Nevada is now part of a national organization designed to help more students achieve their dream of a college education.
CSN is now part of the Achieving the Dream National Reform Network. The network is made up of 200 institutions around the country that follow strategies to close achievement gaps and increase completion rates for students. Each campus will approach the effort differently, but they will all follow guidelines established by Achieving the Dream. In the end, the network hopes to help 270,000 students around the country finish college.
The college is one of 25 new members of the network. They include community colleges, technical institutes and one historically black college.
